| The President: Along with First Lady, Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy, the President arrives at one of numerous inaugural balls held in their honor. The festivities will last until nearly 4 a.m. the next day. Just before 9 a.m., after a few hours sleep, the President arrives at the Oval Office for his first day as Chief Executive. |
